The CNCM I-3799 saccharomyces strain is stable at body temperature (98.6°F) for survival in gastric acids. It's also stable at room temperature for 24 months. We use a proprietary process of less-aggressive drying at a controlled temperature and lower vacuum to preserve complete probiotic yeast cells, delaying the Saccharomyces aging process.

Plus MOS which is a prebiotic that encourages the clearance of certain bacteria through the gut. MOS is a binding site decoy for unfriendly bacteria.
